Halcyon Maelstrom is the dream band of a young man named Mickey Bennet.Mickey writes his own lyrics and plays drums. He hopes to be able to put together a band one day and work with them to make the poems become real songs. The band is a stretch of a dream, but everyone has dreams of being a rock star. Mickey has already written over 100 poems or lyrics, depending on when you decipher it as each. So a little about me. My name is Mickey. I am from Huntington, Long Island. I love it there and love going back home for break. I also love being at college because of the freedom of living on my own. I am majoring in Communication Technology because I enjoy working with computers and cameras and just technology in general. In case my dreams of being a rock star fall through, then I hope to become either a videographer or a video editor. I have decided this because I enjoyed working at the tv station at my high school. I also worked on my high school's radio station and I was in the school's communication class. This website is a reference of my own work which will hopefully be well-known one day. |
